After collecting your hair, you mail it directly to our certified partner lab in the United States. Here's how:
Cut approximately 1–1.5 tablespoons of hair from the nape of your neck, as close to the scalp as possible. Wash your hair the same day with regular shampoo (no conditioner or styling products) and collect at least 6 hours after washing.
Wrap the hair clippings in a small piece of clean printer paper, fold it, and place it in a plain paper envelope (not plastic). Write your full name, date collected, and "Hair sample" on the outside. Include your printed HTMA submission form in the same envelope.
