Payment options

A little more flexibility at checkout.

Pay with Klarna or Afterpay for eligible purchases, or with an HSA/FSA card where your card issuer authorizes it. You can also choose the card or wallet options shown at checkout.

Subject to eligibility, approval and provider terms. Availability, payment schedules, any interest or fees, and the amount due today are shown by the provider before you complete your purchase. A payment option may not appear for every customer or order.

How it works

1. Choose your tests and review your order total.
2. Enter your HSA/FSA or payment card details, or select an available wallet, Klarna or Afterpay option. Review any provider terms before paying.
3. Complete checkout. We confirm your order after payment succeeds.

Which company is the seller?

Orders on htmatestcanada.com are sold by Real Health Diagnostics inc. Your checkout and receipt identify the legal seller of your order.

Refunds and payment plans

Our refund policy applies to the purchase. An approved refund is returned through the original payment provider. Continue following your provider’s payment schedule until it confirms an adjustment; requesting a refund does not itself pause a plan.

HSA/FSA and health spending accounts

HSA/FSA cards may be accepted at checkout, subject to card issuer authorization. Card acceptance depends on the card issuer and does not establish that a purchase is an eligible expense. A Canadian Health Spending Account (or Health Care Spending Account) is an employer-provided benefit administered under your plan's rules — not a US Health Savings Account — and is usually claimed by submitting your itemized receipt through your plan administrator. Your plan determines which expenses qualify and what documentation is required; reimbursement and tax eligibility are not guaranteed. Confirm before purchasing. See Insurance & HSA.
